Another milestone happened on 5^th November 2010 at BurJuman for the awarding of Winners in 9^th Environmental Awareness Photo Competition!  1st Place: Mario Cardenas, 2nd Place: Florante Galapate, 3rd Place: Jessica Borbon and Jennifer Punzalan won the Dubai Municipality Choice.   Guests of Honor:  H.E. Lightform International Filipino Photographers Guild (LIFPG) spearheaded the work at Al Mamzar with exceeding overwhelming with 1,648 volunteers from various Filipino Community (FILCOM) clubs/organizations, schools, companies and individuals with the support from the Philippine Embassy / Consulate General and in association with Dubai Municipality in the morning of 29^th October.   The Clean Up Drive was attended by UAE Philippine Ambassador, H.E. It’s ‘Clean Up Drive’ once again!  Let us all join hands in expressing our appreciation of Mother Nature and our host country by keeping our environment clean — not only for a day — but for each and every day.

Organized in association with Dubai Municipality and the Philippine Embassy, Lightform’s Annual Clean Up Drive has drawn wide support from all sectors of society.  Interested individuals, clubs or organizations, are kindly requested to fill-out a Registration Form and send them by email to: pres.lightform@gmail.com. This will ensure that your club/organization will be listed and allotted with the give-a-ways (i.e., T-shirts, caps, refreshments, etc).

Another successful milestone for Lightform International Filipino Photographers Guild for celebrating the 25th Batch of Digital Basic & Advance Photography Class held last 16th Sept (Fri) which was held at Metropolitan Palace Hotel.  (More photos uploaded under Gallery).
